Threat #1
Threat #2
Threat #3
The Jordan River
The Red Sea
The Dead Sea is the lowest point on land.
The water is so salty you can gain buoyancy and float!
The countries of Israel, Jordan, and Palestine are diverting the water that used to go to The Dead Sea for irrigation purposes.
They are taking salt from The Dead Sea but in the process taking out water.
Sinkholes have destroyed buildings, roads, cars, you name it.
Possible Solutions
Jordan, Israel, and Palestine could use The Jordan River for irrigation and could use The Red Sea for water for The Dead Sea.
Conservation efforts could be used to stop further drought.
