He graduated from Lanier high school in Jackson in 1951. Sampson received a B.S from Purdue University in 1956. What did he invent He invented the gamma electric cell, which convects gamma radiation into electricity without going through a heat cycle . He invented it in july 6, 1971. Was he the one who invented the Cell phone? He was the co-inventer with his in the University of Illinois Urbana-champaign. Lots of people gave credit to Dr. Henry but it is false he is the co-inventor. What was the propose of the invention? How much does it cost? The gamma-electrical cell was for to convert gamma ray into electrical output. It was sold to the government and then to public.
