In an environment of increased regulatory pressure in financial services, all Capco employees must adhere to FIS corporate policies and compliance activities.
FIS Checklist for New Capco Employees
Enable your FIS account (with your ‘E’ number)
Complete mandatory compliance activities in RegU
Become familiar with FIS information
In your first week of joining you will receive an email with your unique FIS employee number and a temporary password to enable your FIS account.
Please change your password and security questions within 48 hours to avoid deactivation of your FIS account.
Your account will allow you access to FIS tools and information such as FIS and Me (the company Intranet) and Regulatory University (RegU) for policy awareness and compliance training
Corporate policy awareness and compliance training will be made available to you in RegU within 1-2 weeks of joining Capco. You will need your FIS e number and password to log into RegU to complete mandatory assignments.
Training courses and/or policy acknowledgments including the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics will be assigned to you based on your role.
Additional courses may be assigned to you based on the requirements of your business unit.
Please complete all assigned courses by the specified due date in RegU.

Coaching requires commitment to the professional learning and development of one’s protégés, with emphasis on

Coaches represent protégés at annual performance roundtables
Role of the Protégé
Builds a relationship with the coach – it’s a two-way street
Ensures quarterly meetings with the coach
Uses the coach as an impartial sounding board
Completes self-input on time
In advance of roundtables, makes sure your coach is familiar with each project worked on and accomplishments throughout the year

Sign in with your provided 4-letter ID and password to access your Capco Google account.
From this main page you will be able to access your Calendar, Documents, Chat.
Logging into your Capco laptop
Turn on your laptop. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del. Then login using the provided username and password.
Wireless Office Networks (only applicable in HK)
Windows will automatically detect any wireless networks at your Home. If you don’t have wireless network at Home, you will need to use the Ethernet cable to connect your DSL or cable modem.
