Fact of dancing
Why dance is good for you because when you dance you get more fit and healthy and also
you move your muscles a lot .
Before you start to dance and when you dance make sure you drink lots of water and make sure you do not push yourself to fair because if you are a starter it is not good for your body.
Dancers are the same as Athletes as well us artists.
They follow a lot of training .
Just a professional athlete such as a basketball player a hockey player and dancers have extraordinary and they are really flexibly their muscular strong and physical .
Why is dance good for you
Dance has physical and mental health benefits. Dancing is good exercise and a fun way to keep fit.
Dancing keeps you having fun if you dance just not run around the running track all day that is not fun.

Dancing can be a way to stay fit for people of all ages
