Use adverbs of frequency
to say how often
something happens.
We use an adverb of frequency BEFORE the main verb
We use an adverb of frequency AFTER the VERB TO BE

There are other frequency phrases:
Every day = Todos los dias.
Every = Alguna vez.
Yearly = Anualmente.
Every month = Todos los meses.
Every year = Todos los años.
Normally = Normalmente.
Regularly= Regularmente.
Once = Una vez.
Twice = Dos veces.
Three times = Tres veces.
Once a day = Una vez al dia.
Twice a month = Dos veces al mes.
Every other day = Cada dos dias.
From time to time = De vez en cuando.
Once in a while = De vez e cuando.
Every now and then= De vez en cuando
