Executive Assistant & Project Manager
At Teralogix, I was tasked with remotely managing administrative tasks, from setting appointments, tracking down expense reports, and planning travel arrangements, providing personality and strong follow-through with each interaction.
My personal organization, an eye for detail, and a deeply ingrained habit of doing things the right way the first time were a perfect skill set when taking on the additional duties of billing and reconciling payroll.
In my spare time, I researched social media and marketing tactics, and was on the development team for several high-profile events and projects.
Working with Saint Charles Christmas Traditions, I created and developed the ongoing crowd-favorite role of Serenity, The Christmas Angel. Saint Charles Christmas Traditions is the largest traditional Christmas celebration festival in the United States, and Serenity delighted crowds for four years before retiring her wings.

Social Media Producer & Event Design
At Gymnet Sports, I was responsible for building out and implementing a social media and outbound content strategy. I was also responsible for planning, designing, and managing multi-day events with hundreds of attendees and participants.
As the founder and lead instructor at Pebble Patch Theatre, I offered theatre classes for children aged 10-18. I created curriculum, managed instructors, held classes, managed online and offline marketing and promotions, and performed the myriad business duties involved in running a theatre/day camp.

As personal assistant to Danielle Erb, celebrity stylist, I was responsible for managing the salon and for being the point-of-contact for clients. I handled inventory tracking, calendar/client/event coordination, and general salon management, as well as developing contracts, internal employee documentation, and employee on-boarding and training procedures.
From inventory, to organization, to scheduling a hectic calendar, to refining office processes... I did what it took to make the salon run smoothly while working side by side with Danielle for whatever she needed.

Monkey Tales Theater
I was a founding member of this 501(c)3 troupe. As a performer, I acted in scripted and improvisational performances for audiences upwards of 500 people for diverse patrons including the St. Louis Renaissance Festival and the City of Saint Charles, MO. In my role as a Creative Team member, I wrote and edited scripts and produced costumes and props. While serving on the Board of Directors, I helped steer the organization towards sound business choices, including branding and marketing decisions, infrastructure building, and committee selection.

As the owner, lead baker, and decorator at Sugar Britches Cakery, I managed sales and marketing, event booking, recipe creation, resource management, human resources, and, of course, designing, sculpting, and decorating incredibly adorable 2D cakes and cupcakes along with magnificent 3D cake sculptures to delight and amaze.
