What is Cyberbullying?

Cyberbullying messages and images can be posted anonymously and distributed quickly to a very wide audience. It can be difficult and sometimes impossible to trace the source.

Bystander Will encourage a bully.
Upstander Will get help.
Bystander Has the potential to become a bully or a victim.
Bystander Less likely to be happy with their life.
Upstander Less likely to be bullied.
Bystander Will not attempt to get help but in fact will resist help
Cyberbullying can happen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Kids who are cyberbullied are more likely to:
Be scared
Be a nerd
Be the smartest person
Be afraid
