died; August 1, 1903 she was the oldest of six children, two brothers
and three sisters. Her parents, Robert W. and Charlotte Cannary she was famous for her riding skills,
and also her kindness At the age of 12, her parents died
and she was raised as an orphan in Montana She worked as a cook, a nurse,
a prostitute, a miner and an ox-team driver By 1893; She was appearing in Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show as a trick shooter

riding horses at an early age. As a young girl she Jane moved to Deadwood,
