The habits of happiness Discovering happiness one step at a time ...look inwards Instead of looking outwards... That is the very meaning of meditation Mind transformation Tibetan monks were observed in labs meditating for 20,000 to 40,000 hours. About meditation Most of you might be reading this thinking and saying : It's like at storm cloud. We think we can see the whole thing but when you go there it's only mist. Likewise, if you look the thought of anger, it will vanish like frost under the morning sun. If you do this again and again the tendency for anger to arise again will be lower and lower with each time.

And in the end, if it may arise it will pass like a bird crossing the sky: leaving no track... It means familiarization with a new way of being... ...a new way of perceiving things... When gamma waves are emitted from the left side of the brain it shows happiness.
Consequently, the right side is responsible for negative emotions.
The lowest peak,-0.45, so low that it can't be seen on this bell curve shows intense happiness and it is specific to monks meditating on compassion and happiness. All you have to do is try... It was inside you all that time...
