+By eating grains, your circulatory system doesn't get hammered +with a ton of glucose that's hard to process

Junk Food Many people think that junk food is really bad for you but thats only when you go overboard and eat things like hamburgers which is full of calories. Also, eating junk food often can affect you're weight and also give you many health problems.Fast foods are high in sodium.No one eats fat, salt and sugar to be healthy. We eat this stuff because it is easy and it makes us feel good for a moment. Having junk foods once in a while is okay.
