How We encounter Sugar
There are two different ways of encountering sugar.
Glucose and Sucrose is half as sweet as Fructose

fructose will end up in the liver.
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is a buildup from the fat made from fructose.
What Keeps Us Coming Back
A lot of people and lab animals get physically addicted to sugar.
Now more and more families go out to eat than preparing the food at home.
The cost of processed sugar products has drop some.
To get out of there habit of eating a lot sugar might be personally threatening for certain people.

Large apples:23 grams of sugar and out of 23, 13 is fructose.
Bananas: 14 grams of sugar mostly fructose.
