Calligraphy Calligraphy (from Greek kallos "beauty" + graph "writing") is a type of visual art related to writing.

It is the design and execution of lettering with a broad tip instrument or brush in one stroke. About 3500 BC, the Egyptians created the highly stylized hieroglyphics for which they are so well known. Chinese calligraphy is a form of calligraphy widely practiced and revered in the Sinosphere.
Chinese calligraphy and ink and wash painting are closely related. Make your own designs of lettering using the Adobe Photoshop.
Use your full name and put a border design. Islamic calligraphy, also known as Arabic calligraphy, is the artistic practice of:
handwriting and by extension
bookmaking in the lands sharing a common Islamic cultural heritage.
This art form is based on the Arabic script. Western calligraphy is the calligraphy of the Latin writing system.
Early alphabets had evolved by about 3000 BC.
