King James II combines Connecticut, Massachusetts Bay Colony, Plymouth, Rhode Island, New York, New Hampshire, East Jersey, and West Jersey into one colony.
New Netherlands, which is now New York, was settled by the Dutch, but was taken by the Duke of York.
