Responsibility So let's give credit where credit is due Has a teacher ever made a profound difference in your life? Teachers low pay is driving talented minds to more lucrative jobs. Teaching is a highly important and difficult job and their pay should reflect that. Teachers should be recognized for their accomplishments and rewarded appropriatly. Teaching is one of the few professions were their pay does not reflect their higher education
-bachelors vs masters
performance
-theirs students success
and continuing education.
-workshops, national boards, certifications, etc. Rewarding teachers for meeting performance standards would raise the average teachers skill level We should complement teachers who take the extra steps to provide a quality education for their students. I believe teachers salaries should be raised because it would be easier to recruit and retain quality teachers their work is challenging and
critical to the future of America it could reward those teachers
that go the extra mile
