Decision Support
Secret Sauce
The Bigger CPR Story (AutoPulse and ResCPR)
User Expressed Problems:

Clearly demonstrate the impact of AutoPulse and ResQCPR in my system
Incorporate AutoPulse placement and runtime data into my debrief
Understand AutoPulse Aggregate Data (time to place, usage, etc)
ROSC incidences and Survival Impact of AutoPulse/ResqCPR

A Focused Rescuscitation Viewer
New Context Bar
Flexible, simple view
In-Premise Release of Device Management

TBD

Devices Supported:

AutoPulse?

Handheld Code Blue Documentation, with optional Case Review back end
X Series:
-(Int'l) Peer to Peer Release
-Remotely View Patient Data

Epics for this project:

I need a mobile or tablet based timestamp documentation tool
It should be iOS based
It should be basically configureable (medication lists/defaults, titles of personell, code quality issue nomenclature)
It should work as a stand-alone app, with a basic emailable timeline output

It should sync it's timeline with Case Review, when part of the system
Events should populate the Resuscitation Viewer Timeline
What about a mobile app for the viewer?

Completing the Picture for EMS PCR Data Into Our System:
We want the following information
from all PCR Vendors:
-(Which vendor it is (internal)
- Patient Details
- Run Details (CAD or Run#)
- PDF Summary of the PCR
FROM ZOLL PCR:
- Interventions should populate our context bar

- Option to turn on/off
Merge Cases, Connect Customers
User Expressed Problems:

I'm part of a system of caregivers, and there should be a "parent" tenant, capable of reporting across multiple "children" tenants
Using Resuscitation Viewer, add the ability to "combine" cases from multiple devices into a single view in Case Review (e.g., BLS then ALS)

Additional Languages Supported:
TBD

In-Premise Release of Case Review
Expanding the Aggregate Dashboard:
Becoming a more complete Quality System
More holistic view of quality metrics
Customer Feedback ongoing
Are we giving patients the best chance at survival?
Turkish, Czech, features TBD
Customer Testing using the Hosted Version
Korean Release
X Series and AED 3: recognizes ResQCPR and AutoPulse...
X Series and AED 3: begins to gather ResQCPR and AutoPulse...
Account Relationships:
As the "Parent" account, I should be able to:
Trend data across all children, filterable by children tags (only data shared to me by children)
As a "Child" account, I should be able to:
Submit only cases that are "Includable in Aggregate" to my parent
Path for Legacy Data Import. Notification of Data meeting criteria.
Gear the Importer to Accept E-Series via cable (vs. lesser used BT). Show the value of X Case Push, without impeding participation
When the Importer is used with Premium, allow it to import Historical Data.
Filters available to Importer
Transfer Progress Window
Add option to Saved Search: Add tag to existing data
Rhythm Identification Technology:
Call out Rhythm Changes

Suggest Rhythms

Suggest Potential Pauses due to ROSC conditions

- Duration of Pause
- Organized Rhythm Type
- HR/Pulse Rate/Spo2
Workflow
User Expressed Problems:

Importing Historical Data
Basic Email Notifications

Case Relationships:
I should be able to manually "merge" any number of case filesfrom the Manage Screen.

"Merged" case files should
Appear sequentially within the Resuscitation Viewer
Contribute to a single CPR Report Card, editable using CPR Periods
Add Email Notification to Saved Search settings. Immediate Only.
Hyperlink Support
A Holistic Approach to the CPR Report Card, to reflect 2015 Guidelines
Marketing Driven Approach to Target presentation and Feedback
Leverage the Marketing Design team to layout visuals
In Premise 2. Research-Ready
Why its Research Ready:
Parent-Child
New Viewer
PCR summary fold-in
ADD Aggregate CSV export
Historical Data Import
E Series workflow

X Series (int'l) Reconfirmation

Partner Focus. Enable 3rd parties to meet the need
Hospital, Large EMS, International
Help our EMS Customers collect Outcome Data
User Expressed Problems:

As an EMS agency, I regularly move patients to one of a few different hospitals. I need a way to follow up with a few people a given hospital about the eventual outcome of a patient I delivered.
A weekly or a monthly email should be configured to send to contacts at a hospital to which a group of patients were delivered. Recipients of this email should be directed to an external page of ZO, at which they can select from a list of outcomes for each patient in the list they received.

Turn feedback into meaningful product
