What's your favourite food?
Do you like eating out? Where is your favourite place to eat out? What kind of food do you like to get?
Kids ages your age should be eating 5 servings of fruits and veggies every day.
How many should you be eating?
1~ Hamburger with extra cheese and bacon
2~ Salad
3~ Happy Meal with a side of a plastic toy
The answer is 4!

Everybody should eat 2 servings with snacks, 3 with breakfast and 4 with lunch and dinner!
Just remember 2 3 4!
How many food groups should you eat with your lunch?

Kids your age should be eating 4 servings of grain products every day!
