Résumé
Research shows that a huge number of people don't like or
hate

their job
. Unfortunatly the same people spent the major part of their time with their collaborators, more than with their own family.

Anxiety
is the most visible sign of this
unhappiness
, but, some techniques coming from methodologies known to be Agile can be used to
reduce this anxiety
and can make it possible for an individual to
take back the control over his professional life
.

It is, however, impossible to force people to adopt a different mindset or to behave differently, but,
it is possible to create learning opportunities to encourage a positive change
.

This talk presents the lessons learned from the approach used within a company during its transition towards more agility and highlights concrete actions to increase the quality of your professional life as well as that of your coworkers.

Resilience
is the
capacity of a system
to
absorb

reorganize
while undergoing change so as
to still retain essentially the same function
