- Jose Rizal wrote two letters

"I should like to see some of you before i die, thought it may be very painful. Let the bravest come over. I have to say some important things"
- Having been inform his sentence, Jose Rizal was in the last moments of his life.

- The Archbishop of Manila, Father Bernardino Nozaleda requested the Jesuits of the Ateneo to give spiritual consolation to him as well as to convince him to restract from Masonry.

- The Jesuits who were his former professor in Ateneo took turns in visiting him.
