Don Berwick and the Closing Address
The IHI Evaluation Faculty had the crowd in their hand talking about everyones favourite subjects, Rapid Cycle Evaluation, Logic Models and Bayes Theory
Jon's moment of stardom came as he gave an impromptu intro to using Twitter
Helen led a minisession that had everyone engaged
Elaine led the way in organising the pairings for the Randomised Coffee Trials
The Pecha Kucha Session organised by NHS IQ was widely seen as the best one of the conference and involved vast amounts of preparation.... not just for the speakers but also for Elaine who had to get awards over the ocean in one piece.
My favourite Tweet of the conference came from Susan Shaw and related to Jim Easton's Hopes for Healthcare
