The training program was delivered in an exercise driven hands on mode with participants working a Value Stream Map from drawing its current state to creating the Lean future state map.

Last week it was a pleasure to have been at CG, Bhopal – Drives & Automation plant for a Lean Mfg engagement.

With pre-engagement calls & meetings, during the visit we addressed the current mandates & worked on the actual floor to improve the current performance. The engagement had a flavour of being a Coaching exercise for Problem Solving in contrast to only a Training program.

The focus of the intervention was to improve space utilization, reduce inventory & improve lead time. And we achieved most of it!

In an unique opportunity got to design & deliver a program for one of the largest co-operatives in the world. A place which created history in Indian Milk market & is today still the largest milk collection per day in the world.

Worked with Amul at Anand for delivering a workshop for over three dozen participants working in the area of Inventory, Stores, Production, Quality, Accounts & Warehouse Management. Extremely happy participants at the end of the workshop leaves me with a sense of value addition.
