United States Mint

Thank You
Thank you for listening to my presentation and i hope my agency will not get cut :)
What We Do
Our agency creates and produces foreign and domestic coins that pay for everything in your life. Without us, you wouldn't be able to pay your bills, or even pay for your food.
Government Contributions
Our job at the mint is to produce coins for the people. We have a small budget that's given to us by the government but in return, we make around 9 billion coins a year.
The U.S mint was first formed in 1792 to conduct trade and commerce.

The mint was created by congress by the Coinage Act of 1792.
