Early Years Career Acheivements Bo's career was playing sports. He started
in college playing for Auburn, Alabama. Bo was a running back number 34 for Auburn. Then he went pro with the Raiders in Oakland still carring the #34. Then he had a bad injury stopping his career in football. But a few years later he went to MLB. He played for 3 teams before he retired. Timeline Bo Jackson By; Andrew Perry 3rd period
By; Jim Spence Vincent Edward "Bo" Jackson was born in Bessemer, Alabama on November 30, 1969. Edward had to steal food because he had a big family with little money. His father wasn't there to be with him at home. His education was not all that great because he spent most of the time playing football. Quote "Set your goals high and don't stop till you get there".
BO JACKSON One acheivement was to make it to play two
sports in his career. He also won the Heisman at college when he was playing football. He was 1/2 that have won the Heisman at Auburn which was Cam Newton who also won Auburn the National Championship. I admire Bo Jackson because he played two of my favorite sports. Bo was born on Nov. 30, 1969
He started college in 1982.
He helped Auburn break the losing streak against Alabama in 1982
He had a .401 average and hit 17 home runs in 1982.
He won the Sugar Bowl in 1984.
He received the Heisman in 1984.
He played for the Kansas City Royals in 1986.
In 1987 he went pro in the NFL playing with the Oakland Raiders
