> It is said the that Talmadge Hayer and other individuals involved went to Audubon Ballroom the night before Malcom X's murder

> Talmadge agreed to sit in front while Malcolm X gave his speech, and the other co-conspirator would get attention of Malcolm X's bodyguards, while another shot at Malcolm

> This plan was executed the next day on February 21, 1965
> The other suspected conspirators of Malcolm X's murder, both Norman 3X Butler and Thomas 15X Johnson maintained their innocence.

>As a result, they were put on parole about 24 years ago.
