1 Exposition 2 Rising Action Climax This is the turning point of
the story. It is all of the actions in the story leading up to the climax. It is the beginning of the story and helps to set up the action. Plot Analysis How the story is told Falling Action This gives the result of the climax. It sets up the end of the story. Denouement It closes out the story.
*NOT all stories have denouements. 1 2 4 5 6 Conflict This consists of all the problems within the story, both minor and major.
*Conflict is part of the Rising Action. 3
