The Immaculate Conception
Mary and the Church
The ark of the covenant in the Old Testament contained the written word of God - the Ten Commandments, manna from heaven, and the rod of Aaron.
New Ark of the Covenant
Romans 3:23- "For ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
But what about...
Mary needed a savior just like all other human persons. Immaculate Conception, doesn't deny this. Instead, it reveals that God saved Mary, but in a special way
Jesus is Mary's Savior
Mary remained a virgin before, during, and after the birth of Christ.
Mary's Perpetual Virginity
Mt 13:55- "Isn't this the carpenter's son? Isn't Mary known to be his mother and James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas his brothers?"
