by Andrea This dinosaur lived in the Cretaceous era, which was about 83 to 73 million years ago. What historical period did this dinosaur live in? Where was the first fossil of the Micropachycephalosaurus found and who found it? What did this dinosaur eat? This dinosaur is one of the smallest species (being 3.3 ft. long) of the dinosaurs. It has a thick skull and looks like an oversized lizard. What is the physical description of the micropachycephalosaurus? Micropachycephalosaurus (pronounced MY-cro-PACK-ee-SEF-ah-lo-SAWR-us) means "tiny thick-headed lizard" in greek. What does Micropachycephalosaurus mean? In 1978 a chinese paleontologist named Dong found the first fossil. The Micropachycephalosaurus dinosaur was herbivorous. It had flat teeth which it used for eating different kinds of plants.
