Raquel Saye When driving regularly, your car emits gases such as Carbon Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, Sulfur Dioxide and Nitrogen Oxide. These gases contribute to the warming of the planet, hurts organs and health in people, and contribute to the formation of photochemical smog. Stop and go traffic (exhibited in front of Arabia Mountain) produce a significant amounts of toxic gases including Carbon Monoxide. We gained interest in our traffic light project to improve the air around Arabia Mountain. The Georgia Clean Air Campaign can make the action real. Through partnership with The Georgia Clean Air Campaign, we can accomplish three goals:
-Creating less stop and go traffic
-Reducing the amount of CO
-Creating a safer travel to and from Arabia Mountain
