So how can my librarian help me?
We normally think of the following-
procuring class sets of novels
helping find books to have as research materials in class
But he/she can also
Teach about copyright laws and plagiarism
assist students in technology projects
assist in finding books that reluctant readers would be interested in reading

We live in a digital world and teach students who have never seen a card catalog.
And that world changes quickly!
So who can you count on to help?
Well, maybe not Superman,
but your librarian does a lot more
than just check out books!
Let's start with the Degree
In the state of Texas, librarians are required to be certified as a librarian; however, most librarians retain a Master of Science in Library and Information Technology Sciences so that they may work at any library-not just at a school.
Help you and your students create things like this:
You don't have to do it all by yourself. Your librarian enables you to work together and can ease the burden of research projects and technology integration.
