Lucid Dreaming Dreams What is dreaming? What Triggers A Dream ? What triggers the ability to remember to remember a dream? Lucid Dreams How do you have a
Lucid Dream? What can you do in a lucid dream? Dream- A series of thoughts, images,
and sensations that occur in someone's
mind during sleep. Nothing can make you remember a dream, but You will have a better chance of remembering your dream if you actually tell yourself you will. Lucidity- Clarity: free from obscurity and easy to
understand; comprehensibility of clear expression. Lucid dreams can be hard to get, but there are routines and measures people can take to help them. Literally, anything and everything, this is what makes lucid dreaming seem so cool to people. Dreaming Tips You can't just have a dream and dive right in, it takes a while to learn how to control your dreams. You should start out simple. What is Lucidity? Science says dreams are just random firings from brain cells, and dreams are just the brain's way of trying to make sense of them. Dreams are normally the opposite of clear and understandable. To be aware of a dream, and to be able to operate and control it. Conscious Prep- Doing reality checks will help you become aware and lucid. Keeping a Dream Journal- Writing down your past dreams can help you remember them. Believe in yourself- As cheesy as it sounds, there is a higher success rate if you believe you will have a lucid dream. A good way to start off a lucid dream is to try making items appear. Flying is fun but it can be very difficult to an inexperienced dreamer. In your dreams, you can create, do, and be whatever you want, but trying to do crazy things can be difficult. One of the most interesting things you can do is command you brain. There are foods that can help make your dreams become more vivid, any food that contains vitamin B6 should help.
