How would I change the Design?
Umar - "The good thing about the design is that its more like a childrens theme and you can personalise the egg cup to whatever you want. I actually agree that the theme can be changed instead of the winter theme. For example Seasons (Summer), Animal theme (Panda) etc.''

Alveena - "The Good thing is that it is nice and bright. There is nothing bad about the design.''

Jordan - "The good thing about the design is it is really realiable and good when stands out. There is nothing bad about the design but I wouldn't have the winter theme.''

Megan - "The good thing about the design is that you can personalised the design you want it to be. There is nothing bad about the design.''

Vidu - "The good thing about the design is it can have different shades of colours. There is nothing bad about the design.''

Example
Children Toy Product
MDF Material:
It is dense, flat, stiff, has no knots and is easily machined. Because it is made up of fine particles it does not have an easily recognisable surface grain. MDF can be painted to produce a smooth quality surface. Because MDF has no grain it can be cut, drilled, machined and filed without damaging the surface. MDF may be dowelled together and traditional woodwork joints may even be cut. MDF may be glued together with PVA wood glue. Oil, water-based paints and varnishes may be used on MDF.
PINE - Is a relatively cheap wood used in the building trade and for furniture. It is pale in colour, quite easy to cut and shape, and machines relatively well.

Involving a refined use of the small muscles controlling the hand, fingers, and thumb Allowing one to be able to complete tasks such as writing, drawing, and buttoning.

Imagination is symbolic representation, the use of concepts and images to evoke or represent real-world entities, or the use of one set of real-world entities to evoke others (e.g. as when a child uses a banana as a phone in pretend play).

Coordinated controlling of eye movement with hand movement, and the processing of visual input to guide reaching and grasping. A way of performing daily life tasks such as writing, feeding, and picking up a book from a table.

I am going to design and make an educational toy/game. The toy will educate young children through play, maintaining interest and enjoyment. It will be aimed at young children of the age range 1 to 3 years. It will also help develop their hand / eye coordination skills. The educational toy will fit on a table top comfortably and be easy to understand. It will be colourful and require a level of concentration in order to use successfully. The educational toy will be safe to use especially by young children. Parents will feel confident that the toy/game will help their child learn. The new toy/game will keep young children occupied and ensure that parents feel confident that it is helping their child learn.

Wooden toys are much safer all-natural alternative to plastic toys as they do not contain high levels of chemicals and toxins. This is particularly important with babies who tend to put everything into their mouths.

Traditional toys are made of natural materials, so they are built by artisans and craftsmen, not toxic plastic factories. Wooden toys don't need batteries, electricity, or software patches so they are kind to our planet.
