Organelle Analogy
The nucleus controls the activities of the cell and houses the DNA. Kayaba Akihiko is the creator of Sword Art Online, controls what happens in it, and knows everything about it. The nucleus is similar to Kayaba Akihiko because they both control what happens and they both contain information.

The nucleolus is a small denser region of the nucleus where ribosomes begin to assemble. The brain controls the human body and stores information. The nucleolus is similar to the brain because they are both the "center" of their bodies and they are both where the "action" begins.

The nuclear envelope surrounds the nucleus and allows matter in and out of the nuleus. The lab coat is worn by Kayaba to protect him and for physical appearance. the nuclear envelope and the lab coat are similar because they both surround their bodies and allow matter in and out.

The chromosome is condensed chromatin, which is condensed DNA. The World Seed is a program package that contains everything needed to create virtual reality worlds. The chromosome and World Seed are similar because they are both forms of condensed information that can be used to create more cells/worlds.

The ribosome assembles proteins, which have many functions throughout the cell. The crystal has many uses, including healing and teleportation. The ribosome and the crystal are similar beacause they both can be used to achieve variety of effects.

The lysosome is filled with digestive enzymes and breaks down lipids, carbohydrates, proteins, dead organelles, and other waste. Sword Art Online players kill monsters, bosses, and other players in some cases. The lysosome and players are similar because they both dispose of unwanted entities.

The mitochondrion converts energy into ATP, a type of energy that the cell can use. Mitochondria is also involved in cell growth. Ragout Rabbit's Meat used as an ingredient in cooking in Sword Art Online. It is also said to be the most delicious ingredient in the game. Mitochondria and Ragout Rabbit's Meat is similar because they both provide energy and help the body grow.

The vacuole stores material, such as water, salt, protein, and carbohydrates, until they are needed. A player's inventory stores the player's items until they are needed. the vacuole and inventory are similar because they both store material until they are needed.

The golgi apparatus packages proteins and stores them before they are sent away/secreted. Agil's Item Shop is player shop that sells tools, weapons, and food ingredients. The golgi apparatus and Agil's Item Shop are similar because they both package and store material before they are sent off.

The smooth endoplasmic reticulum synthesizes lipids, detoxifies drugs, and is involved in intracellular transport. The Teleport Gate is used to quickly travel from one level to another. The smooth endoplasmic reticulum and Teleport Gate are similar because they are both used to transport things from one place to another.

The cytoplasm is the section between the nucleus and cell membrane that holds all of the other organelles. Everything in Sword Art Online is contained in the 100 floors of the game. The cytoplasm and the floors are similar because they both contain almost everything in their "worlds".

The cytoskeleton is a network of protein filaments that help a cell maintain its shape. Stairways are used to travel to the next floor after the boss is beaten in the boss room. They are similar because they both help maintain the shape of their "worlds".

The cell wall supports the structure of the cell and protects the cell. The walls of Aincrad gives it its shape and supports it. The cell wall and the walls of Aincrad are similar because they both support and protect their bodies.
