The way To instantly improve your shooting percentage. One way to improve your shot by eliminate any shots that are difficult to make.

One way to stop thinking about your shot is to focus during the game, play as a teamwork, you got to know what you doing in the game, Don't have too much confident

In order to take away your floppy wrist you have to move it around, make sure your wrist is well exercised . Not having a floppy wrist will make you shoot and dribble correctly .

Stay between your man and the basket.This will allow you to guard him better.It will also protect against a possible drive.
FOLLOW THE SPORTS RULES AND REGULATION
No shouldering,holding,striking,pushing, or tripping in any way of an opponent. The first binfringement of this brule by any person shall count as a foul; the second shall disqualify him until the next basket is made or, for the whole of the game. No substitution shall be allowed.
The only way to work with other players is by being a good player, by passing more often, run for an open space to help that guy being surrounded by the opposite team, help block , help with rebounds.
How to increase your activity on defense
Start in athletic stance facing the hoop at the intersection of the baseline and the three-point line.


Move laterally around the three-point line in a defensive stance
Man to Man Activity Defense
Your toes should be pointed straight ahead, and your feet should be roughly shoulder-width apart.
Your knees should be bent slightly to enable quick lateral movement.
keep both heels on the ground and your weight on the ball of your feet.
