It is imperative that you know what I expect from you this year so that we can make this year a success.

6th graders are assigned to Mrs. Hunt! It's on your schedules! She will take care of any schedule changes and is available for a conversation if you need it.

Sign your name to the sheet in the counselor's office. She will contact you. DO NOT ask me to let you go request a meeting while in class.

Will be worn around the neck (suspended from a lanyard). Don't stuff them in your pockets or clip them anywhere else.

It's your locker. Not your friends locker. Don't give your combination to others.

Parent responsibility to report
Do not exceed more than 5 days unexcused days a semester.
Students who are 15 minutes late to class are considered absent.

It is YOUR responsibility to present your agenda and ID when you ask to leave the classroom. It has to be signed by your teacher/staff.
Just take care of personal needs between breaks. Follow the 15 minute rule.
Lost and found: Page 19
Report item to teacher. Lost and found located at the office. If item is not claimed within 9 weeks, it will be donated.
Textbooks: Page 19
Don't lose them. You will end up paying for them.

Interim reports sent every 5th week of first and 3rd nine weeks.

Why Do we even need math? Is math important? Can you think of ways you use math in your daily life?
