David Eric Grohl
Childhood
- Born January 14, 1969;
- In the city Warren, Ohio;
- Dave is son of a journalist and English Teacher;
- He lived with his mother and older sister Lisa after his parents divorced when he was six.
Early Career
- In high school, he played in some
bands (Mission Impossible, Dain Bramage...);

- In the end of 1987, Dave was already a
member of the band Scream.
- On April 5, 1994, Kurt killed himself at his home. And that was the end of Nirvana.
Nirvana
- Dave traveled to Seattle, hoping to become Nirvana's new drummer in 1990;
- After joining the band. Grohl lived with Kurt Cobain for a time;
- Soon after releasing the first album, the band was very successful, becoming one of the most popular in the history
Foo Fighters
- After Nirvana, Dave formed the Foo Fighters;
- In a short time, the band created songs that were hits, as:
* Big me;
* This is a call;
* I'll stick around.

- Currently they are considered one of the best rock bands.
