We grow rice with lots of water,in Hot
countries.Its a hard work!Rice is the staple food of over half the world's population.




The maize can be used for marking popcorn.
Maize likes rich soil with good drainage.It likes warm
weather.

Maize is the most produced
cereal in the world


60% of maize is produced for the animals.

There are different types of cereals in America:
Maize,Wheat,Oats,Quinoa and Rice.
Are the most commun in America.

We give most of the maize
to the animals because we need
to eat meat.
Human consumption:
We can eat maize boiled,barbecued or
transformed in flour or taco shells

Magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, selenium, iron, folic acid, thiamine and niacin.
Rice contains 80 to 90 % of carbon hydrates

Quinoa is an annual plant usually about 1–2 meters high. It's an annual that prefers cooler weather.
Quinoa is very high in proteins.
