Where does your food come from? There are two basic forms of farming. Organic/Natural Farming Industrial farming There are similarities and differences with these types of farming. They both use and house livestock. They also both produce food. They treat their animals differently. Farmers feed their livestock differently. Organic farmers feed their livestock what they would naturally eat. While industrial farmers fill their food with stuff that just doesn't belong in food. Organic farms have plenty of room for livestock to move around. They can even go outside. However, this is not the case at industrial farms! Animals are forced to be in.. CAGES! Not only cages, but cages that are far too small, and filled with many other animals! grass grain seeds plastic chemicals feathers animals of their own kind and a whole lot of corn! It's important to know where your food comes from. Support local organic farmers.
