Mission Statement Welcome to Mountainside Veterinary Hospital, your "other" family doctor. Mountainside was founded in 1976 by Dr. Ron Symonds. We have over 30 years of experience in treating people and their pets. We recognize that your pet is a special, essential member of your family. The complete staff at Mountainside prides themselves in providing a comfortable, inviting atmosphere for your pet -- to make "going to the doctor" as pleasant as possible.
Quality, "state of the art" equipment, a large loving staff and kind, caring doctors are all integral parts of who we are at Mountainside Veterinary Hospital. We welcome new faces, noses and whiskers and know that our style will meet your needs and expectations.
Vision Statement Dr. Ron Symonds is the founder and owner of Mountainside Veterinary Hospital. He takes care of sick animnals, and he does not have to answer to anyone, because he is the head and owner of the organization. Structure Mountainside was founded in 1976 by Dr. Ron Symonds. Mountainside has had over 30 years experience in treating peoples' pets. These are the four DMV's (Doctor of Veterinarian Medicine) of Mountainside. They are the ones that take care of the sick animals brought in by their owner. The report to Dr. Symonds. Values The reason Mountainside Veterinarian Hospital is able to stay on track is that the attitudes of the doctors is very positive. They are also doing the job they love, and work to reach their full potential in order to keep their company on track with their mission, and make sure they are successful. These are the Mountainside technicians. They help the vets take care of sick animals. They are the equivelant of a nurse. They answer to the vets and Dr. Symonds. These are the Mountainside receptionists. They set up appointments for the sick animals, and take calls from clients. They answer to the technicians, vets, and Dr. Symonds. These are the facility wards. They keep all of the facilities in Mountainside clean and in good condition. They answer to anyone in another position, because they are in the lowest ranked position in the organization. Scoreboard Mountainside's scoreboard is measured by the amount of new patients, and the financial growth of the organization.
