It was estimated that about 800,000 children worked in Bolivia. Of that, 491,000 were under the age of 14.

More than 250 million children between the ages of 5 and 14 work. Of those, more than 80 million kids labor in extremely hazardous conditions.The cycle of unending labor is robbing young people of their childhoods—even in America. An estimate that more than 150,000 children work illegally on U.S. farms.
"I was not allowed to rest," she says. "If I did something wrong or it was not what they wanted, they hit me.
