they are deprived of technical guidance and advice regarding the crop to be produced ,regarding different factors related to environment and climatic conditions Over the past ten years it is estimated that agricultural land equivalent to the size of France has been taken out of agricultural production in Europe. Estonia or Ireland have lost 50 and 23 percent of their agricultural land, respectively. There are also other indicators such as population density, which reveal clear trends, such as migration of people from rural to urban areas and from remote and peripheral regions to large towns and capitals. Land abandonment and depopulation can result from a lack of competitiveness, a lack of rural finance, a lack of public infrastructure, the overall economic context of a country (territorial competitiveness), and a negative social image of agriculture.
-FAO PHASE 1 Creating an online database of the farm areas and farmlands across the world by allowing legalized paper -land paper and other identification .
Creating discussion forums online and appointing officials to verify the authenticity of the documents
Creating an online network of people who are interested in investing in farming/farm related activities/counseling of farmers and who are in need of money as an investment. OBJECTIVE : To terminate the term agricultural labor and replace it with term agricultural "employment" , and to setup a firm which provides employment to agricultural laborers As the urbanization is rapidly taking place many people abandon their farm lands in villages and their land remains unused ,the firm will act as a private body and will operate the farmland with the help of the capital that the customers invest.

The firm will have several programs for the investors from which the investors can choose
eg. fertilizer program, plans for crop to be grown etc. 1.reverse urbanization
2.inflow of capital at rural level
3.fixed employment with other benefits to the farmers who earlier spend a miserable life
4.gross rise in food production due to exponential rise in utilization of abandoned lands left away due to migration and urbanization Targets Obtained Riding over modern day MULTIMEDIA-WEB BASED ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION TOOLS PHASE 2 1.Providing farmers with a tollfree helpline so as to freely contact and get into the firm
2.Equipping the farmer with latest technology so as to provide live footage of the current status of the farm area to the owner as well as to firm .
3.Constantly educating the farmers about latest trends in agricultural sector by audio visual aids . PROVIDING MULTIMEDIA TECHNIQUES FOR ASSISTANCE AND CHECKING ACTIVITIES DONE OVER THE LAND ` Targets Obtained 1.continuous updates to the investors and owners
2,taking rural population closer to the technology which in turn helps the farmers to increase the production
3.farmers can be provided with latest information on weather and natural happenings around them which helps them to plan properly WHEN THE PLAN IS IMPLEMENTED
