Tachyzoites - Tissue that makes up the cysts
Bradyzoites - Developed stage of tachyzoites
Gametocytes - A diploid germ cell that divides by meiosis into a gamete.
Sporozoite - An organism which can reproduce both sexually and asexually
Cysts - stage in cycle where parasite is enveloped in a protective membrane
Oocysts - where sporozoan zygotes develop
Epithelial cells - cells on lining or surface of body Toxoplasma Gondii:
Can find a host within any warm-blooded animal
Reproduces asexually and sexually
Especially affects pregnant women
Offspring can inherit Spread through:
