Pay It Forward By Volunteering:
Once you start its hard to stop.
When viewed in an inertial reference frame, an object either is at rest or moves at a constant velocity, unless acted upon by an external force . - newton

It isn't restrictive: kids ages 5 and 6 have volunteered.
If you have physical disabilities: there are non physicals ways to volunteer. You can even volunteer over the internet.
Think of those unable to shovel their side walks, or scrape the ice off their windows . . .
It helps the community as a whole.
It's just an extra ten minutes after all . . . And helping others usually makes you feel better about yourself.
If volunteers didn't do it, who would.?
A lot of works done by volunteers wouldn't have been if volunteers hadn't been available.
