Narrative Structures Pros
Improve the overall quality of the video
The technology alone is a lot to learn, these easy to understand structures can help students organize and find cohesion
Keeping your story simple
Cons
Story boarding and planning take extra time and forethought
Students may feel it's a formula, not a framework

Do Narrative Structures prior to shooting and editing! Future of Narrative Structure Oral stories have been a method of knowledge transfer for a long time
Student behavior probably won't change when it comes to taking the extra step to storyboard
