These substances were responsible for 382 deaths in 2005 in the United States, 73% of these deaths were teens from the age of 15-19 years old. The inhalants are extremely addictive and many people have said they "rely" on the drug for daily use SHORT TERM EFFECTS

tingling of hands and feet

hearing loss
visual disturbances

loss of consciousness
