TERRY FOX Age: July 28, 1958 – June 28, 1981 was born in Winnepeg, Manitoba

then moved to Surrey, British Columbia in 1966

after in 1968, they settled in Port Coquitlam Occupation:
He ran the Marathon of Hope Impact on Society:

created inspiration around the world
after he died, a Terry Fox Run goes on around the world
helps in raising alot of money for cancer research Education:

went to Mary Hill Junior High School

moved on to Simon Fraser University Career Path:

at first wanted to become a gym teacher

but when he got diagnosed, he decided that he wanted to help others to find the same courage

then decided to run across Canada to raise awareness of cancer Part of the Organization
Terry Fox Foundation, that has raised
over 500 million to this day for cancer research
