Launched in 2011, constantly improving. Jobseekers can do the following:
Submit registration application
Submit unemployment benefits applications
Apply for a business start-up subsidy and follow up services and upload business reports (80% of business plans are digital now)

HOW THE SELF-SERVICE PORTAL WORKS...
Job seekers can do the following 2: (since 2014 1st of May)
If the State has collected some kind of information from a person once, then it is not necessary to ask it again but the state agencies can share the data.
Labour Market Services and Benefits Act:
allowds us to recive applications via self service portal.
Client logs in to self-service with the ID-card and fills up the application
Client selects the office for advising
After signing the application in self-service portal it enters to our info system EMPIS
NB! Consultant also gets a message in info system when new application has arrived
Application connected to the X-road
If everything is correct, then an automatic decision follows. Client receives it via e-mail.
