How the Pearl Harbour Attack had an Impact on Canada
Canada did not contribute to the Pearl Harbour disaster directly, they aided in post attack . The following group will go into more detail about Canadian soldiers being sent over to Hong Kong and their contributions there.
After the attack on Pearl Harbour, Canada sent troops to fight in Hong Kong China. It had been recently taken over by the Japanese Empire.
Canadians were first to see battle in Hong Kong during WW2
After the attack Canadian cities/towns along the Pacific coast (Vancouver and Victoria)were worried that the Japanese would come for them next.
Thank you for watching our presentation on the Pearl Harbour Attack. We hope you have a clear understanding on the significance of this event and how it majorly effected WW2.
