how to: BRuschetta
Ingredientes:
4 rodajas de pan de campo
2 tomates
aceite de oliva
1 diente de ajo
4 fetas de prosciutto
100 gramos de queso parmesano
1 atado de rúcula
cortar el pan en rodajas gruesas y disponer en una placa de horno.
rociar con aceite de oliva y tostar en el horno bien
cal
iente.
una vez tostadas de ambos lados, frotar el ajo en ambas caras, hasta que el aroma te patee el hipotalamo.
colocar las fetas de prosciutto por encima del tomate
rallar el parmesano arriba del prosciutto.
