My Opinion
Bethany Hamilton
I think that Bethany Hamilton is a very strong girl. The reason why I say that is because it is very hard when you get your arm eaten off by a shark. I know this because in one of the passages on the internet it says " At the age of thirteen, on October 31, 2003, Bethany was attacked by a 14 foot long tiger shark while surfing off Kauai's North Shore. The attack left Bethany !with a severed left arm." This is why i think Bethany Hamilton is a very strong girl. It also says "After loosing 60% of her blood , and making it through several surgeries without infection , Bethany was on her way to recovery with an unbelievably positive attitude." Bethany was always strong even through recovery. "Miraculously, just one month after the attack , Bethany returned to the water to continue pursuing her goal to become a professional surfer. I cant believe she is so brave! she is such a good person to look up to.
" Bethany Hamilton has become a source of inspiration to millions through her story of faith , determination, and hope."

Its Not Just A Game
Sports are important in life. They are healthy to your life so it is good to participate in. " Play not only exercises our bodies , it also exercises our minds." Sports also teach us things " Sports teach us about our selves and the world." They can also put us in a good mood. "Activity increases the brain's level of chemicals called endorphins, which boost mood. Sports can also bring family together. "A Saturday morning game is a great way to spend time with family."
