During this project, we learned new skills that we can adapt from, such as take-offs. We also learned how to work as a proper team, and haphazard circumstances.
Electrical cost the most because without it, the floor would only be 4 walls. The electrical units allows for greater work productivity; phone calls, computer use, coffee, and refrigeration.
What is the exact amount of the takeoffs?

The "guts" of the building is as follows:

HVAC's contains seven items and amounts to a total cost of $54,072
LIGHT FIXTURES
Light fixtures is compromised of 4 units, with a total cost of $16,575
ELECTRICAL
Electrical consists of thirteen units, under: light fixtures, power, and equipment, whose total cost is $58,635

SOLVED PROBLEMS
After careful highlighting, counting, and remeasuring, we solved the problem by calculating a total cost.

flooring
Flooring is where the majority of the cost comes from. The carpet especially was were most of the money was being spent.

Architectural Metal and Glass consisted of the partition typed G and S, door type A and convector covers. In total this came out to cost $23.295.

Our take-offs consisted of the first 7 sections, but the most important are in the following.

PROJECT REPORT
We wanted to be able to experience a way to create an effective estimate.
Millwork was the first section for the take-offs. It contains, door types, pantries, cabinets, and shelving. The total amount for this section was $28,340.
Drywall and Carpentry is based off the partitions. This where most of the take-off is taking place. It resulted in the cost of $58,584.
