Who: 180,000 alpacas
Where: Peru
When: Around January 13, 2017
What and Why
The alpacas (all 180,000 of them) died around the time of January 13.
It was decided that they all starved to death.
The alpacas didn't have any food sources because of floods and cold fronts.

The floods caused many people to have to evacuate their homes.
The grasses froze over
Each family lost 30 to 40 alpacas
